We each picked up a pair of Blackbox M-14 headphones on the way over here ($335 NZ Duty Free), as we are going to be doing a lot of traveling, and I’ve wanted a good pair of NC headphones for a while.
And O. M. G. They are fantastic.
Like any NC headphone, there is a slight buzz in the office, but other than that, they are amazing – I usually even have the volume down on my music, as I don’t need it so loud.
I can’t find a pic tho! Their website is all flash, and I don’t know how to do a screen grab with the mac! Go have a look on the site tho – they look fantastic in matt black, they are very comfortable (even when a little overheated on the plane), and the blue led….. ooooooh…. :) From the limited use I’ve had of Bose NC’s, these are better – and half the price!
anyway – worth every cent. I hope they are as durable as Sennheiser. If they are, it’ll be money VERY well spent. They are coming out with an in-ear model soon, too, which should be interesting. The only problem so far is people creeping up on me in the office….
Oh, they are NZ designed and, I think, made. Nice :)
